Oded Noy, Chief Technology Officer, Crexi
Oded Noy is a technology leader and board advisor to SaaS companies. Noy currently serves as the CTO of Crexi, transforming the world of commercial real estate. In his private equity work as an active senior operating partner and board member, he has participated in multiple acquisitions and exits. He is a founder and managing partner for 12 years in the early stage fund Amplify.LA. He is co-founder and chairman of the CTO Forum.  He holds 7 technology patents.

Eddie Lee, Director, Riviera Partners
Eddie has over 27 years’ experience in executive search, specializing in VC and private equity-backed technology companies. He works with investors like Great Hill Partners, Carlyle, Permira, Bain Capital, and Resurgens. Prior to joining Riviera, Eddie served as Managing Director at Robert Half Executive Search, where he focused on technology (AI, Cloud, Enterprise), healthcare (digital health, pharma, medical devices), and consumer industries. Earlier in his career, he owned and managed his own firm and was a key contributor to several boutique executive search firms.
Dan Grosh, Managing Director, FlemingMartin
As Managing Director at FlemingMartin, Dan brings a distinctive perspective in leadership recruitment and talent advisory having worked in private equity and as a business operator. Previously an Operating Partner at Diversis Capital, Dan was a key member of the value creation team where he crafted the talent playbook and spearheaded the function for crucial human capital endeavors. Prior to that, Dan assumed a pivotal position as the Managing Partner at Calibre One, the leading transatlantic executive search firm, and has also served as Managing Director with True Search and Boyden. Dan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota.
