Morning Round Table

We will be doing our quarterly round table session.  It’s a great chance to:

• Get to know other members
• Help your fellow members
• Hear what issues they are facing – chances are they will be familiar

The way it works is that we go around the room and members raise issues:

• What’s keeping you up at night?

These can be technical, but often are people, process issues. Your fellow members will help clarify the issue and provide feedback.  Often there are next steps like getting together for coffee to discuss in more depth.

This is an exceptional resource to either get some critical help and feedback on an issue or to give something back to the greater CTO community.

It also is a great way to get to know other members.
