Transforming Business with AI Agents

A Virtual Event

Event Summary

AI agents represent a significant leap forward, attracting massive investment and promising incredible potential for enterprise transformation. At the heart of this evolution are autonomous AI agents deployed through an “agentic layer,” powered by sophisticated reasoning engines. Salesforce’s Agentforce introduces an agentic layer for deploying autonomous AI agents, powered by a sophisticated reasoning engine often at its core. For technology leaders, understanding the implications of these powerful tools is crucial for organizational success.

This session will explore how these advanced systems leverage techniques like reinforcement learning to accurately comprehend human intent and execute complex actions across enterprise environments. Designed to revolutionize workflows, these highly deliberative agents utilize “System 2” inference-time reasoning to significantly enhance customer service and operational efficiency. By automating tasks, reducing response times, and improving accuracy, their innovative designs—featuring declarative programming and asynchronous architectures—ensure robust scalability, adaptability, and embedded security for critical business applications.

Join us to learn from two experts: Phil Mui, an engineering leader at Salesforce driving advanced AI and agentic innovations, and Ed Dangelo, a Distinguished Solution Engineer who works directly with Salesforce customers, providing insights into best practices and market demands.

In this session, you’ll discover:

· An example of an agentic AI platform, like Agentforce.

· Methods for building agents on such platforms.

· Key best practices for AI agent implementation.

· Practical use cases across various industries.

· A CTO’s perspective on integrating AI agents into organizational strategy.
